Today is Halloween and we all know what that means. It means all the crazy people come out. And as Southern California surfers know, there’s no better place to find crazy people than at El Porto. The waves weren’t all that good. In fact, they were bad. But surfers hit El Porto in costumes to celebrate the spooky holiday and I caught a few on film. So all in all, not a bad way to celebrate. Enjoy some of the mediocre waves made way better by the outfits. Oh, and happy Halloween!
