Maybe it’s the song (Led Zepplin’s “Good Times Bad Times”)? Or, maybe it’s the size of the waves? Or it might just be a bunch of brave human beings standing up to the full force of Mother Nature? Regardless, this drone footage of a Coast Guard boat charging through big surf during a training exercise at Ocean Beach in San Francisco is oddly satisfying. Watching the waves spray over the hull like a giant hand reaching out to grab the boat. This is why rescue personnel are so appreciated. They do what they have to.
