If you follow American football you already know Richard Sherman is one of the most outspoken (translation: hated) men in the National Football League. He has no qualms with calling himself “the best cornerback in the NFL,” and even though he can back the claim, people love to hate on the guy for his lack of modesty. An image like that makes him an easy social media target when he goes on to make other claims. Like this one:

The tweet perked up a lot of ears, even from some other high profile athletes. One of those recognizable names that decided to chime in was our very own:

It was all a marketing ploy for a new mobile app Blanchard and Sherman endorse called Head Trainer, but nonetheless, Alana called out a 6 foot 3, 200 pound Stanford graduate who dresses head to toe in body armor for a living. And that’s funny awesome rad. Plus, surfing’s cooler than everything else anyway.
