This episode of Chapter11 TV started out pretty rad. Dane Reynolds and crew head over to the Channel Islands factory and grab boards out of the brand’s archives for a test trip to Mexico. Things seem to go swimmingly – it’s so fun to watch these guys ride old boards – but then Dane has a bad run in with a Mexican window and everything goes south from there.
“CI’s design library storage loft (in the rafters), where decades-old magic boards from Tom, Kelly, Rob, Malloy Bros. and more are tucked away in their final resting place,” reads the note on YouTube. “Dane cherry picked ones that caught his eye and documented the sessions in epic Mexico and fun waves at home with his friends.” Those friends happen to be Michael February, Parker Coffin, and Eithan Osborne. A solid crew if there ever was one.
