Of all the events on the North Shore, the Da Hui Backdoor Shootout is one of the best. Held in early January, the waves are generally firing. It’s one of the most highly respected events on the North Shore, and today it’s on. And as is always the case with the Shootout, the waves are absolutely pumping. There have been many waves that stand out over the years, and we’re sure there will be more from this year.
