Quarantine was a strange time. It was, for many, a time of great boredom. It was a time when everyone became a baker, a time when “binge-watching” took on a whole new meaning, and a time when people tried valiantly to learn new skills for twenty minutes before going back to binge-watching. But for Coco Ho, it was a time to reflect. Reflect on which Mayhem was her favorite.
“During quarantine at home on the North Shore of Oahu,” she wrote, “I went into the board room and chose my five favorite Mayhems by …Lost Surfboards. I got to put my attention into old and new boards, different and fun ones.”
And after watching, it’s clear that the “favorite” board doesn’t seem to affect her surfing much — it’s amazing across the board. Pun intended.
