Surfing is so damn cool that even animals are jumping on board. Literally. We’ve seen pigs, goats, dogs, rats, cats, and even a llama top a surfboard, but never before have we seen a bear. That is, until now. Bruiser, a young Syrian brown bear, lives with his owner Carl Bovard at his non-profit wild animal educational facility in Melrose, Florida. While Bruiser isn’t wrestling with the six tigers, two lions, two bear cubs, two mountain lions, two bobcats, and two alligators at the facility, he enjoys cooling off from the Florida sun by practicing his pop up in the pool inside the enclosure. Needless to say, he needs some serious help with his pop up.
