Brett Barley has quite the life. After recovering from injury he happened to score some ideal conditions (see barrels) near his home in the Outer Banks. Then to follow that up, he got out and totally scored on the fishing front. That’s pretty much the dream for anyone that loves the water and all it has to offer: great surfing conditions followed by all the elements coming together for good fishing. Now that’s living.
