It’s quite possible that no skimboarder has more fodder for a greatest hits edit than Blair Conklin. The man is an absolute machine in the water, and he has a unique talent for using that skill to create an endless series of social media-worthy clips.
“You want to get fired up to grab a skimboard and hit the beach?! This edit has got you covered,” proclaims Conklin in the caption. “This is a compilation of some of our favorite moments edited together by Brandon Sears. Show Brandon some love in the comments and hopefully we can put some more videos like this together in the future. “
The video then proceeds to take us on an action packed journey over five years. In that time, Conklin seems to have done pretty much everything you can imagine on a skimboard: airs, barrels and even a tandem wave. He also managed to pull those maneuvers off in a wild variety of locales, from shorebreak to wave pools – and in five different countries, no less.
