Bethany Hamilton has a lot on her plate. She’s a professional surfer. A mother of three. A wife. She runs a non-profit. She’s an author. And as if all of that weren’t enough, Hamilton just announced via Instagram that she and her husband Adam Dirks are expecting their fourth child.

“Adam and I, and our whole fam, are so excited to be growing our family!” Hamilton wrote in her recent post. “I believe that life is a gift, and each and every life has value.”
