Ben Gravy has been on quite the surf journey for the last few years. It’s been satisfying to see him progress, especially in the bigger wave arena. He’s been exploring the upper limits of his talents in Hawaii, and this has certainly been the winter to do it.
“It seems like I’m on an interesting energy flow in which the ocean wants me to be in Hawaii every time there’s the biggest swell of the year and the waves are 30-foot-plus,” he wrote. “I booked my tickets to Oahu to simply hang out with Jamie O’Brien and shoot some fun footage, but by the time we got there a massive swell was on the buoys and the dream was ready to be on.”
