That’s certainly one way to get around a shark net. A surfer in northern New South Wales was spotted paddling into shore, on what looks like a prone paddleboard, with a shark sitting on the nose of his board.
Are they the new aquatic Turner and Hooch? Not likely. And the shark doesn’t look like a fake but it quite possibly could be.
According to Kristin Grace, who posted the clip to TikTok, the fish was in fact already dead when it went for the ride, and the true reasoning behind the tandem trip remains unclear.
