It is without a doubt that El Niño is here. With all of the tuna and shrimp washing up in the warm water here in Southern California, we’ve been blessed with some much needed waves. And as watermen we have come to know the power of the ocean, and in that no man can control her. One word that comes to mind is “paramount,” meaning have great power.
