The Quiksilver Pro France wrapped last week sending the women’s world title race to Maui and leaving the men’s world title race with Gabriel Medina in the lead. The action was exciting, but it wasn’t quite the gaping, throaty barrels we’ve grown accustomed to. And that wasn’t for lack of tubes on tap.
Last Tuesday, the locals had their day at La Grav while just down the beach the CT got into waves of a less cylindrical variety. Someone must be kicking themselves.
