He’s taken home the top honor at an event focused solely on barrel riding. And since he’s Anthony Walsh, he generally does it with a GoPro in his hand or mouth or strapped onto his surfboard, which is lucky for viewers who might want to see what it’s like inside a heaving Teahupoo barrel but might not necessarily be able to surf inside a heaving Teahupoo barrel.
But even better than the POV footage — to some, at least — is the footage from outside. Which is why MySurf.tv strung together a few years’ worth of clips that showcase his epic tube riding skills and it’s safe to say he’s got it just about as dialed as one can have tube riding dialed.
