Is Nias the most perfect looking wave ever? It’s the type you drew on your school folder as a kid. The type of wave you dream of when you dream of big barrels. And this last week, it went richter. And the YouTube channel Surf Raw Files was there to capture the action. “The first solid swell of the season hit the Lagundri Bay: heavy, lots of unridden double ups, especially around high-tide, perfect looking but really fast hollow tubes,” reads the video’s description. “Also not really any crowd and we got two days of epic waves, broken leashes, broken boards, and happy faces!” And some really solid video clips.
