Brett SimpsonI wasn’t actually down there when the riots happened, but I just heard and saw some footage of the chaos.
With Main Street closed off and lots of drunk out-of-towners in a tight area, it was a recipe for disaster. It’s just pathetic that people could even fathom of doing what they did. Tipping Porta Potties, ripping stop signs down, and breaking store windows…
And I have a big feeling that most of those people aren’t from Huntington. That’s what bothers me the most. And I hope some of them paid the price or some karma down the line. Respect is a must.
Now, it’s up to the city to find a way to not let this happen again!
