Leaving on a mark on the competition.
A masterclass of competitive snowboarding… offered up in a concise compendium of cliff notes. The door is closed on the event, and the big winners are Iouri Podladtchikov (Men’s Halfpipe), Kelly Clark (Women’s Halfpipe), Stale Sandbech (Men’s Slopestyle), and Christy Prior (Women’s Slopestyle). There were a handful of swaps in podium positions from the X Games, so the season continues to shape up nicely for us spectators wanting the competitors to push each other’s progression.
So, without further ado, here are the highlights from Halfpipe.
And then Slopestyle.
