“A friend of mine grew up with one of the guys in Grouplove and said they were big surfers, so they’d fit perfectly with The Inertia. I was a bit skeptical, but when I came across this Conan performance, I loved it. I like the female vocalist’s air punches, stomps, and harmonies. I like the song, the coordinated jumps, and the group hug on Conan at the end. So I checked out the rest of their new CD…and surprise, surprise – I liked that too.
