Truth be told, Spencer Lacy is an animal. He has a thing for running really hard rapids on a SUP. And he’s really good at it. But this, admittedly, was probably not one of his best decisions ever. Spencer rides what looks like a piece of plywood off a natural ramp at Grand Sanddunes National Park in southern Colorado and things immediately go sideways.
He posted the video this week with this caption. “Six years since my big day at the dunes and I finally got the hardware removed from my wrist today.” Flip through the Insty post to see the hardware that was in his wrist.
