Love him or hate him, Tom Brady doesn’t care. Cause he’s shredding a private ski resort in Montana anyone in the know would trade an important body part to ride. The Yellowstone Club is an exclusive Montana ski resort near Big Sky, 60 miles south of Bozeman that sports 2,700 vertical feet on some 2,200 acres. The lift ticket is a little pricier than your average mom and pops mountain. An annual membership costs somewhere between $250,000 and $300,000 with annual fees around 30 g’s. That doesn’t count the cost of real estate.

Who could blame Brady–yeah maybe a bunch of Jets or Dolphins fans–but as has been said before, the Yellowstone Club doesn’t have powder days, they have powder weeks. There’s never more than 100 skiers and snowboarders on the entire mountain at one time. And business is booming: a New York Times article claimed the club sold an estimated one billion dollars in real estate from 2013-2014.

Brady sent frothing Patriots fans into a state of panic with the above pic on his Facebook page today. “Oh god, enjoy Tom, but please be safe,” was just a sampling from Super Bowl-thirsty fans. What they don’t realize is that Brady, after taking the picture as a joke–last year he posted video of himself cliff diving in Costa Rica–probably slid off to the other side of the ridge to ride one of the blue slopes like Middle Ching or even Namaste (so maybe we are missing one, useless body part).

His caption on the above pic: “At least it’s safer than cliff jumping!”

Not if you charge, bra!

Regardless, way to stir up the minions Brady. We salute you, even though we know you probably don’t shred. You save your shredding for AFC East opponents.
