Colorado has gotten a healthy layer of snow to start the year. And Wolf Creek, in the state’s southeast region, has benefitted big time, becoming one of the first resorts to open in the U.S.
You may or may not have heard of Johnathan Buckhouse. He vlogs from all over the world with a distinctly instructional vibe. But in this edition, he gives us a one-run preview of just how blessed Wolf Creek was for its first day of the year. “Not every resort opens with this much terrain and this much powder,” he said.
