The Inertia

Yes, winter is here in many parts of North America with big storms in the last week for the West and bigger storms set to pummel the East Coast. And oh yeah, we’re in the midst of a pandemic. The numbers in America are skyrocketing. We probably don’t need to remind you. Masks are being highly encouraged and even mandated all over the country.

So with the coming of cold weather (where we can see our breath), Saskatoon, Canada resident Michael Becker used that breath condensation to brilliantly demonstrate the effectiveness of face masks. Without wearing one, you can see his breath clearly and assume that all the germs in his mouth are being pushed out of his body with it. When he covers his face, you can hardly see any condensation. A clever reminder to wear you mask when you’re waiting in the lift line this winter.
