The Inertia

With the flood of campers and people living the “vanlife” these days, it can sometimes be hard to stand out in the crowd. Not for the “Truckhouse.” This custom-built cabin camper sits on the back of a 1996 Ford Diesel flatbed truck. It was built by Timmy in Alaska and has all the character and homey vibes of a stand-alone cabin, packed onto the back of a truck. On a recent trip to Colorado it broke down and was parked in the same spot for four days, giving me the opportunity to slow down and show you some of the details that makes this collection of wood a home.
