Last winter, Travis Rice and a group of gifted snowsliders set out with the trip-idea of the decade: raft the Snake River near Jackson Hole, Wyoming, and ride the steep (but low elevation) shots along the river’s banks. The idea worked, with loads of insane terrain and the talent to ride it (albeit a little cold). They called the subsequent film Snake Milkers (we’ll let you draw what you may from that).
For the trip, Rice teamed with Elias Elhardt, Mark McMorris, Blake Paul, Mark Landvik, and Dustin Varga. The above video is a behind-the-scenes cut from GoPro. The entire movie – that was released with little hype – is available on the website, Snakemilkers.com. It’s definitely worth the watch.
