It’s not that Jeremy Jones sets out to talk history in this cool little short from Jones Snowboarding. But in pulling his quiver from the closet, he inadvertently extracts important nuggets of snowboarding’s past, not the least of which is the “extreme” practice, or more on point, the riding of big lines in big mountains.
“So yeah, I shot Deeper on this,” he says of the first Jones split. “This I rode the Grand, and Denali on,” he says of another. “This was a special board.”
Spending 19 years with Rossignol, then owning his own, namesake brand has given Jeremy unique insight into design. Not to mention he’s used some of his own boards to ride outrageous lines the world over. Listen in.
