This is impressive. You know all those longboard skating vids you see go viral on Facebook? The ones where skaters are careening around corners and impossibly high speeds, drifting their tails to control speed? Well, turns out lots of those vids are made using follow cams, and cars. Which are both problematic: skaters can make mistakes. Holding a camera rig while flying downhill sounds treacherous. And messing up in front of a car with a camera mounted to it doesn’t sound easy on the body, either. Josh Neuman filmed this behind-the-scenes look at filming downhill longboarding.
