He knows how to build a kicker in the right spot, seemingly knows exactly where the pow will be the deepest and has a nose for talent that he continually surrounds himself with. Travis Rice is a pleasure to watch ride a board on snow. And we were given a treat this week with an 18-minute action-only cut from his epic film, The Fourth Phase.
