Danny Davis crosses two spectrums within the snowboarding world: he competes at an extremely high level, having won a pair of X Games Gold medals in Superpipe and representing the U.S. at the Sochi Olympics. But the 27-year-old from Highland, Mich. has his feet firmly planted on the ground as he’s made serious efforts–with projects like the Peace Park–to keep snowboarding rootsy and creative.
