The Inertia

The radical Kings and Queens of Corbet’s event has been going on for five years, and this year will mark its sixth running. In that time, there’s been a lot of insane tricks thrown into the most famous couloir in the U.S., and a lot of highlights to relive as the bar has continually been set, raised, and raised again. Jaw dropping? We think so. Terrifying? Without a doubt.

Corbet’s is set to run sometime between February 4-11 this year, a weather window that’s almost guaranteed to give us epic snow conditions (early February tends to be the snowiest time of year in Jackson Hole). This year, the event will not be livestreamed, so if you want to tune into the action live, you’ll have to either be there (highly recommended) or stay tuned here on The Inertia for updates as the event runs (also recommended). I’ll be there on the ground to cover the action as it unfolds.
