Even before her Olympic debut in 2018, Chloe Kim’s rise in women’s snowboarding was nothing short of meteoric. Winning gold in Pyeongchang, and becoming the youngest woman to ever do so, only further endeared her in the hearts of millions. And at 19, it’s all but certain Kim will continue to be a dominant presence in the annual competitive circuit and (hopefully) keen for a repeat performance at Beijing in 2022.
But between off-season training and prepping for college (she’ll reportedly attend Princeton in the fall), Chloe took some time to answer fans’ burning questions: ranging from insights into competition to what flavor jellybean she would most rather be.
