This is BASE jumping. Throwing oneself off cliffs, buildings and apparently, antenna. Over water and as this video demonstrates, into the clouds. This unidentified jumper hucks himself off the 75-storey Sulafah Tower in Dubai Marina (UAE). The pilot reportedly landed in a construction site in the city. Chris McDougall apparently jumped from the same tower in 2013.
