The term “flow state” has been thrown around for quite some time, and it has an almost mythical quality about it. After all, the thought of all your problems falling behind you and being able to focus only on the task at hand seems almost blissful, right? If you surf or snowboard, you may already be familiar with the beauty of the flow state, but regardless this video has an interesting perspective on what it is that allows us to enter this state and how it’s good for our mental health.
