The Inertia

This smoothie is as good as it gets. With pineapple, grapefruit, and strawberries, it has a deliciously sweet tropical flavor, but it also has a massive amount of vitamin C. This will give you a jolt of energy and a generous immune boost. Additionally, the Greek yogurt offers plenty of protein to keep you full and energized long after you finish the last sip.

Ingredients

-1 grapefruit (peeled, diced, seeded)

-1/2 cup of pineapple chunks (peeled and either fresh, frozen, or canned)

-1/2 cup strawberries (frozen)

-1/2 cup Greek yogurt

Instructions

-Add ingredients to blender.

-Blend on high until smooth.

-Add ice cubes if needed for temperature.
