Habits are tricky. It’s difficult to break free of bad habits, and at times, it’s even more difficult to create good ones. However, our habits ultimately determine who we are, how we live, and how we take care of our bodies. The great thing about good habits, is that one tiny habit can lead to another, and another, and so on. One small positive change can create a whole upward spiral, and altogether, these changes can turn your life around. In this TED x Maui talk, behavior scientist and expert on habit formation, BJ Fogg opens up about his favorite good habit.
