The Inertia

This Piña Pequeña packs all the tropical goodness of a into a Piña Colada into a much healthier package. Some Piña Coladas are filled to the brim with sugar, which makes problematic for both your waistline and your hangover the next day. However, this genius recipe skips the sugar and keeps things simple. Plus, you may even have coconut water left over to help the recovery stage the next morning!

Piña Pequeña Recipe

Ingredients
1.5 parts Sugar Island Coconut Rum
1 Tsp Orange marmalade
1 slice fresh pineapple
1 part coconut water

Instructions
-Muddle pineapple, and add rest of ingredients, shake everything, and strain into a rocks glass with ice.

-Top with a splash of soda and garnish with two pineapple leaves.

Tip: There are many low calorie orange marmalade offerings out there, as well as sugar free/no sugar added versions, and even some made with sugar substitutes.
