The Inertia

Whether you’re on vacation or you just feel like getting outside, beach workouts are a great way to stay in shape without feeling like exercise is a chore. You’ve got a great view of the water, no shoes are required, and you can jump in for a swim when you’re all done. This beach workout is great because it works all your major muscles groups, the butt and thighs, abs and obliques, and the upper body, and it works them all quick. The routine contains only 6 moves, performed 10 times each. This means you can glance at the video, commit the routine to memory pretty easily, and then enjoy your time at the beach without needing a computer for reference. To up the calorie burn, you can do multiple rounds of the same moves. Be sure to do a quick warm up and cool down for optimal performance and recovery.
