In this episode of “Local Legendz,” Korduroy TV looks into the life of Geoff Lawton. Lawton was involved with the start of the permaculture movement in Australia, which has continued to take hold. Permaculture keeps farming and agriculture as close to nature as possible. It mimics the patterns of natural ecosystems, and as a result, it is a much more sustainable way to use land. The premise behind the movement is to work with nature when it comes to growing crops, rather than working against it.
