Sally Fitzgibbons has made a name for herself as an elite competitor and consistent threat for the world title. She’s also taken it upon herself to champion health and fitness beyond the ocean. Recently, she teamed up with All Australian Beach Body to develop a workout series that fits her lifestyle and works for surfers who don’t have (or want) the benefit of gym equipment. She was kind enough to share her go-to workout for legs and glutes. It can be done indoors or outdoors. You just need about twelve minutes, and your legs will be burning tomorrow.
Complete four sets of the following with as little rest between sets as possible.
Alternating Lunges: 50 seconds
Athlete Skip: 40 seconds
Scorpion Kicks: 60 seconds
Squat Jumps: 30 seconds
