Hip and lower back pain can be super irritating. The type of radiating discomfort that so many people (surfers especially) experience makes everything from paddling to sitting for too long unbearable. The best way to alleviate this type of pain and prevent it from getting worse is to confront it head on.
If you’re dealing with serious pain, it’s definitely best to consult a doctor. However, if your pain is more on the scale of annoying rather than debilitating, this technique could seriously alleviate the pain you’re experiencing.
