The Inertia

Whether you’re a weekend warrior or a dawn patrol regular, if you surf at all, your back accumulates tension. The neck, shoulders, lats, and lower back all bear the brunt of paddling in addition to oddly positioned wipeouts. Over time, this can seriously mess with your back.
