On the search for a new smoothie bowl combination? Here is what you’ve been waiting for: acai and lilikoi (aka passionfruit). It’s sweet, but no too sweet, with a nice, mellow flavor. Plus, if you can manage to track down the toppings, you’ll be in for one filling treat.
Ingredients
Base
1 banana
1 packet of acai puree
1/2 cup frozen mixed berries
1/2 cup passionfruit juice (squeezed fresh and strained or store bought)
Toppings
Chia seeds
Dried rose petals
Puffed buckwheat
Dried mulberries
Cacao nibs
1/2 passion fruit
Instructions
-Blend the main ingredients together.
-Serve in a bowl and sprinkle on toppings.
