Jaimal Yogis is more than just a surfer. He’s an award-winning journalist and best selling author of The Fear Project, where he surfed Maverick’s, Saltwater Buddah, and a children’s book, Turtles Don’t Surf. As a teen, Jaimal ran away from home to Hawaii where he found surfing and learned to meditate. That started his path as a journalist and writer.
In this podcast, Jaimal gives insights about the science of conquering fear so he could things like surfing giant waves, committing to love and even writing a memoir.
