Pose: Puppy With Hands In Reverse Prayer

Instructions
- From all fours, bring your triceps onto 2 blocks and drop your forehead onto the mat. Check that your hips are directly above your knees.
- Draw your hips back to feel a deep stretch in your triceps.
- Stay in the pose for 3 minutes, breathing in and out through your nose.
- Release the pose and come back up to all fours.
Contraindication
- Avoid this pose if you have a shoulder injury.
