Ingredients
1 cup carrots
1/4 cup lemon juice
1 large orange
1 inch piece of ginger
Instructions
-Peel the carrots and orange.
-Add all ingredients to a blender.
-Blend on high until smooth.
-Pour over a strainer into a glass.
-Serve over ice if desired.
