The recipe included one frozen banana, a cup of frozen mango, a peeled orange, a quarter cup of chopped carrot, a half-inch piece of fresh ginger, half a teaspoon of ground turmeric, a pinch of black pepper, and two scoops of Isopure Unflavored Protein — and some water.
