How many times in the past month have you said, “I’ll do it tomorrow” only to continue pushing something off for weeks and weeks? It might be school work, it might be a project at your job, it might be related to kids, or it might be related to your health and fitness routine, but for whatever reason, if you are a procrastinator, somehow you’ll always find a way to put things off. It doesn’t matter if you know that a task has to be done eventually. It doesn’t matter if there is no way out; you would still prefer to put it off until the last minute rather than just get it over with. I know this because I myself am a master procrastinator.
