Having witnessed a whole ton of sunsets in my days, the Tofino sunsets hold a special place in my heart. There is magic in the air and I can’t determine exactly what it is. Maybe it’s the spiritual history of the place, the latitude, or the water. But whatever it is, there aren’t many places on this earth like Tofino. If you’ve seen one, you know what I’m talking about.
The coastline holds its ruggedness even with the increase in tourism. It’s full of good people doing good things with low, or positive, impact on the environment, which we should all practice a little bit more in our day-to-day lives. I was lucky to visit the area this summer and here are some photos I shot one evening.
