Last week a portion of our staff took a tour of the Tijuana River watershed. It’s a tour I took years ago, and it’s not a stretch to say it permanently changed me.
It’s hard…perhaps impossible…to walk this region and not be affected. One sees, touches, and smells the issues.
The following vignette offers a glimpse into this region’s challenges. It’s a reminder that without constant pressure, endlessly applied… our waves and beaches we love can be lost.
