Yes, sharks live in the ocean. And yes, sharks eat meat. We don’t often get to see the chase and the kill, but when we do, it can be the ultimate biology lesson. In this instance, onlookers captured a giant great white chasing after a tiny, cute, fury seal pup in South Africa. It was pretty brutal, and a show of just how fast and agile these apex predators can be. Impressive, to say the least. We didn’t get the blood and guts (thankfully), but by the sounds of the spectators, the shark hit its mark.
